I've been completely MIA lately. Here are some...
I have finished 2 weeks of C25K. It feels awesome to progress through the program. I have never ever been able to run, and this makes me feel like running a 5k is actually a possibility.

There has been a 4-alarm fire raging down the block from our apartment for 3.5 hours & there are still flames flying out of the top of the building. Reports are saying that the building is in danger of collapsing.
